Dean Freitas: President
Background: Over 29 years  of trade and management experience, including roles in operations management, estimating and  project management.  His trade experience in the mechanical field has gained him the respect of our field team members and field management.

Loren Meyer:  Vice President
Background: Over 30 years experience as a Sr. Plumbing Estimator and 15+ years experience as a project manager.  Estimating, coordinating, and managing projects as well as supervising and training employees in the estimating department.

Sally Estey: Controller
Background: Over 29 years experience. Overseeing the general and cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, plan administration for 401(K), and pension plans for Perryman Mechanical Inc.
