Scott Perryman, the founder and President of Perryman Mechanical, Inc., started as a plumbing and piping contractor, opening the doors of Perryman Plumbing, Inc. in 1982. Perryman Plumbing’s service included Plumbing, Hydronic and Process Piping for commercial and industrial projects. In 1994, the HVAC division was added and Perryman Mechanical, Inc. was formed. Combining the Wet Side and the Dry Side allowed PMI more control from bid through the construction phase of work.
On October 1, 2009, Perryman Mechanical, Inc. became an ESOP company. As employee-owners, we hold strong to the core values that PMI was founded on. Our Mission, Business Philosophy, and Values are as important today as they were on day one. Many of the key personnel that helped in the development and growth of PMI are still part of the team today.
